Effective Date: 2/1/2026

1. Family Use

• Packages may be used by direct family members only (e.g., parent and children).
• Packages are not transferable outside the immediate family.

2. Validity

• All packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Unused appointments within the validity period are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Reservations

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Early booking is strongly recommended to secure preferred time slots.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the session from the package.

5. Late Arrivals

• Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may result in one of the following:
• A $15 late fee if the client is accommodated (service may be modified), or
• Loss of the session without replacement if the appointment cannot be accommodated.

6. Included Services

• Packages include a basic blowout only.
• Additional services (curling with irons, flat ironing, treatments, extensions, etc.) are not included and incur additional charges.

7. Hair Type & Condition

• Extra-long, very thick hair or hair with extensions may incur an additional fee.
• Hair must arrive free of excessive tangles; deep detangling will be charged separately.

8. Payment Policy

• Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Packages are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash or other services.

9. Promotions

• Packages cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

10. Right to Modify

• Bubbles & Bliss Blowout & Salon reserves the right to modify terms, conditions, and pricing with prior notice.
