At Bubbles & Bliss, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and premium-quality products. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are confident in the products we offer. To maintain our high standards, we have implemented a strict Refund and Returns Policy to ensure fairness and clarity.
Refunds & Returns Eligibility
1. Incorrect or Damaged Items
- If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged during shipping, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or in person with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue (if applicable).
2. Faulty Products
- If a product is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or refund.
- Faulty product claims must be made within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase and evidence of the defect.
Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
We can only accept returns or exchanges if all the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request complies with the criteria outlined above (incorrect, damaged, or faulty items).
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind, personal preferences, or reactions due to misuse of the product.
- Opened, used, or partially used products (due to health and hygiene reasons).
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Refunds will only cover the cost of the product; shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Ineligible Returns or Refunds
- Any product purchased on clearance or sale is considered a final sale and is not eligible for a return or refund.
- Products purchased more than 14 days ago are not eligible for return or refund.
